This Privacy Policy defines the procedures for collecting, using, storing, and protecting the personal data of users of the Work Side Company website (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”), which provides services for recruiting employees from abroad for companies in Ukraine, as well as services for finding job vacancies for Ukrainian citizens outside the country.

User data is received by the Agency when a user voluntarily fills out the contact form on the website and clicks the “Submit” button.

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of:

  • contacting the candidate to clarify information or offer job vacancies;

  • evaluating the candidate’s professional profile;

  • providing information to employers who are looking for personnel.

Data submitted through the form is automatically sent to the Agency’s corporate email as an email message. In addition, a copy of this data is stored in a secure Google Sheets spreadsheet, access to which is granted only to authorized employees of the Agency.

  1. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of its processing. A candidate may request the deletion of their data from the Agency’s database at any time.

  1. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share personal data with third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in cases where such disclosure is necessary for:

  • the candidate’s employment (sharing data with a potential employer);

  • compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian law.

  1. Protection of Personal Data

The Agency takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Each user has the right to:

  • know what data is stored about them;

  • request the correction of inaccurate data;

  • request the complete deletion of their personal data;
